Also, you want to sleep in a dark room mainly in order to increase the level of melatonin in your system. This is the hormone responsible for making you feel sleepy.

Go to the gym

You also have to understand that you will have to do the necessary work in the gym in order to transform your body. However, you need to understand that it isn’t just about the countless hours of cardio. You also have to consider lifting weights. This way, you will be able to make the body adapt to the stress.
